Refund policy
Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for Mope's Closet return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
Return requests must be initiated within 2 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. We do not accept Exchanges of any kind.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Mope's Closet part.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry and sale item are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please allow Mope's Closet 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mopescloset.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions /non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear, bodysuits, intimates and jewelry are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or Gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept Exchanges of any kind.
Refunds & Return
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. By completing a purchase with Mope's Closet you are agreeing to our refund/return policy.
