FAQ

1: When will I receive my Item?

Answer: Orders are delivered between 5 – 8 business days after processing of items which is between(1-2 days). Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time frame. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

 

2: I need to return/exchange an item.

Answer: Request for return of item must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND.  Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Mope’s Closet part. All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, Gift cards and sale Items are final sale. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original package. You will need receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to the Return & Refund policy for more information.

 

3: How long does refund take?

Answer: Refunds are processed automatically from our end once approved but the time frame to reflect on your card or account will depend on the processing time of your Credit Card Company or bank (most times with 3 to 5 business days).

 

4: I am having problems with my discount code or I forgot to enter it. 

Answer: Please contact us via email info@mopescloset.com , phone (+1613-222-0469) or chat if having problem with the code and this will be resolved. If you forgot to use the code, that’s okay; you can enter your discount code next time you shop on our website and if it’s still within the validity period but be aware the code is only valid per customer and not eligible for reuse or combination.

 

5: Size guides: What size should I order?

Answer:  Mope’s Closet fashion has the size guide of each item written and displayed in the description. Please always refer to it before placing your order. If you are still in doubt, our live chat is open for more questions.

 

6: Can I cancel/ Change my order?  

Answer: Orders can be cancelled within 24hours of placing them by sending an email to info@mopescloset.com. In addition, you can change the size or color within the 24hours period if you got it wrong. However, if the order is in processing status, you cannot change or cancel the order rather you will have to wait for your order to be delivered before returning for a refund. Please refer to our refund policy for more information on refund process.

 

7: How do I track my order?

Answer: Orders can be tracked through the shipping tracking details sent to your email, click on the tracking number to get the latest update of your order.

 

8: Do you ship international?

Answer: We Ship to United States and US Territories only at the moment Including P.O. Boxes.

Mope's Closet does not currently ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.  

 

9:  What method of payment do you accept?

Answer: Mopes closet accept Amex, Apple pay, Diners club, Discover, Google pay, MasterCard, PayPal, shop pay and Visa.

 

10: Why is my order delayed?

Answer: Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 business days. In rare occasion, an order may be delayed due to logistic problem with the Courier Company. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 3 to 5 business days for delayed packages .You can send order enquiries to info@mopescloset.com or click on the tracking number link in the shipping update email sent to you.
